By accessing or using the AVNT app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Description of Service

AVNT provides members with access to premium hotel business lounges worldwide through a membership model. The Service offers various membership tiers for day, month, and year-long access to partner hotel lounges, providing users with luxurious workspaces.

4. Memberships and Pricing

AVNT offers the following membership options:

- Day Pass: $50, single-day access to select premium lounges.

- Monthly Pass: $500 per month for unlimited access to all available lounges.

- Yearly Pass: $5,000 per year for unlimited access, with two months free.

Membership prices and features are subject to change at AVNT's discretion. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect existing memberships until the next billing cycle.

5. Billing and Payments

- Billing: By signing up for a membership, you authorize AVNT to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) depending on your selected plan.

- Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods specified on our platform.

- Refunds: All purchases are final, and no refunds will be provided, except where required by applicable law.

- Failure to Pay: If we are unable to process your payment, your access to the Service may be suspended or terminated.

6. Cancellations and Terminations

- Day Pass: Non-refundable and expires at the end of the calendar day.

- Monthly/Yearly Memberships: You may cancel at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. There are no partial refunds for unused time.

- AVNT reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership for any violation of these Terms, improper use of the Service, or for any reason at its discretion.

7. Access to Lounges

- Availability: Access to hotel lounges is subject to availability and may vary by location. AVNT does not guarantee access to specific lounges or cities at any given time.

- Guest Policy: AVNT memberships are for individual use only. Guests may only accompany a member where explicitly permitted, and additional charges may apply.

- Booking: No advance booking is required for lounge access. Members simply check-in via the AVNT app for entry.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

- Misuse, tamper, or interfere with the functionality of the AVNT app or website.

- Share your membership or allow unauthorized access to the Service.

AVNT reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to any member violating these terms or engaging in improper behavior in partner lounges.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and branding on the AVNT platform are the intellectual property of AVNT. You may not use any AVNT trademarks, branding, or content without prior written consent.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Third-Party Services

AVNT partners with third-party hotels to provide access to business lounges. AVNT is not responsible for any issues related to third-party services, including but not limited to availability, service quality, or any incidents occurring at third-party locations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AVNT will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Service or your inability to access the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Sweden, with the District Court of Stockholm (Stockholms tingsrätt) serving as the first instance.
